Your Certification Is Basically Wall Decor Until You Learn How To Market Your Coaching Business.

You’re A Great Coach. Now Let’s Get You Some Clients.

Why So Many Coaches Struggle To Get Clients

You have the skills to be a great coach.

A damn good coach, actually.

You know how to hold space.
Ask powerful questions.
Help people
change their lives.

But building a business around it?

That part feels… fuzzy.

So you do what most new coaches do:

• You offer free sessions
• You “practice”
• You post a little content
• You hope someone eventually asks to work with you

But hope isn’t a business strategy.

Because no amount of “I hope,” “I think,” or “I’m pretty sure it’ll happen” builds a sustainable coaching business.

Let's Fix That!

Hey! I'm Michelle

Your coaching skills are valuable.

But if you want a coaching business, you need clients.

And not just one or two here and there.

You need clients consistently.

The truth is, coaching skills alone don’t attract clients.

Marketing does.

Your certification taught you how to coach.

But if you want a real coaching business, you also have to learn how to market your work so the right people can find you and say yes.

Otherwise, your certification stays a credential… not a business.

That’s where I come in.

I teach coaches how to turn their certification into a real coaching business that actually attracts paying clients.

What We’ll Do Together on Your Strategy Call

In this 30-minute(ish) call, we’ll:

  • Get the full picture of where you are now
I’ll ask a few simple questions about your coaching business—who you help, what you’re offering (or want to offer), and what things look like right now in terms of clients and income.

  • Talk about where you actually want to go
We’ll look at your goals for the next few months: how many clients you’d love to have, how you want your schedule to feel, and what “this is working” would look like for you.

  • Spot what’s getting in the way
Together we’ll look at your offer, how you talk about it, and where you’re showing up. From there, we’ll pinpoint the main thing that’s quietly blocking people from saying “yes.”

  • Map out your next few moves
You’ll leave with a simple plan—your next 3 steps to start getting in front of the right people and inviting them to work with you (in a way that still feels like you).

  • Decide if you want help implementing it
If it feels like a good fit, I’ll walk you through how I can support you inside my coaching program. If not, you still walk away with clarity and a plan you can use right away.

What others are saying

"feel confident with what we created together."

I was trying to determine my niche for my coaching business and was not 100% certain where I wanted my focus to be. AND her exercises helped me to identify what I wanted to do, how to say it, and then actually do it. We covered a lot in four sessions and feel confident with what we created together.

- Cathy M

"I see a path in front of me to continue to complete the exercises that you laid out."

My brand was undeveloped in my own head and in the public eye, and I didn't know where to start or how to remain focused on the most important aspects of my brand building.

You conveyed the possibility that I could succeed by validating ME and my ideas and truly listening and expanding on what I was developing (for instance, with my values).

-Christine B

"I am fully committed to my niche!”

My biggest struggle was knowing how to start and figuring out what my story or direction was in my coaching business. Not being able to commit to my story, not having direction or accountability.

The biggest change I’ve noticed after our work together is that there is no more questioning whether this is the right niche for me or not.

This Strategy Call Is for You If…

If you're here, I take it you're serious about your coaching business...

  • You’re new(ish) to coaching, still figuring out your niche, and you’re tired of feeling like you’re “behind.”

  • Or you’ve signed a few clients, but you’re craving more consistency and momentum (without living on Instagram 24/7).

  • You know you’re a powerful coach… but it’s getting harder to believe it when no one’s booking, buying, or paying attention.

  • You’re tired of saying you’re “fine” when you really feel stuck, invisible, and a little embarrassed this hasn’t taken off yet.

  • You’ve started to wonder if you might be the problem—even though deep down, you know you are meant for more.

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this just a sales call?

Nope. This is a real strategy session. You'll have action steps by the end of our call but I will absolutely share how I can support you long-term only if it feels like a fit, but you’ll walk away with value either way.

How long is the call?

About 30 minutes.

Who is this best for?

Women coaches who are ready to take their business seriously—whether you’re just starting or ready to grow beyond a handful of clients.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

It helps if you know:

1. What you are currently offering or want to offer

2. Roughly how many clients you have now

3. What feels most frustrating or confusing
4. You do not need anything fancy. Just come as you are.

What if I already worked with another coach or bought other programs and I am still stuck?

Totally more common than you think. On this call, we’ll look at what you’ve already tried and why it hasn’t clicked yet, then map out a simpler path that fits your energy, life, and strengths—and if you’d like support beyond the call, I can share a few ways we could work together.

Is this for me if I am still in a 9 to 5 job?

Yes. Many of my clients are building their coaching business on the side. I myself included for many years. We can talk about a plan that works with your time and energy, not against it.

Even coaches need a coach.

If you’re done guessing your way to clients, let’s get you clear on next steps to start attracting paying clients consistently.
