You finished your certification and you still haven't told anyone
The website isn't done. The bio isn't right. So you haven't said it out loud yet.
For coaches who just got certified and haven't made a dollar yet
Whether you've had zero paying clients or fifteen, the question is the same.
Where's the next one coming from?
Where's the next one coming from?
Coach With Clients Academy builds you a business that brings clients in every month.
(Because your certification deserves more than a spot on the wall.)
You finished the program. You have the credential, a notebook full of competencies, and a real skill you can use on a real human being.
Then you sat down on a Monday to start the business, and nobody had told you what came first.
You picked one. You worked on it a while. Then you read something that said you should have picked a different one, so you started over there.
Your coaching is good. You've just never told a stranger what you do in a way that made her want to book a call.
You don't have a business yet. You have a certificate and a list of things you might do.
"I was struggling with putting myself out there and knowing what next steps to take. Michelle's energy and enthusiasm are contagious! I now feel more open to marketing myself and excited to try new ideas to grow my business."Ann B.
Imagine your coaching business could look like this instead...
Someone passes the bread and asks what you do. You hear yourself say, “I'm a coach. I help people with, kind of, everything?” You change the subject before she can ask a follow-up.
“Why can't I just say it?”
One sentence. Who you help, what she's stuck in, where she's going. You read it out loud on a coaching call and the room goes quiet.
“That's me. You just described me.”
Two thousand dollars. You practice it in the car until it stops sounding like a question. Then you're on a call with a potential client. You say it, and you stop talking.
“Okay. How do I start?”
A post a week, twenty minutes each, no eleven rewrites. You hit publish, close the laptop and go for a walk.
“This is me. How did you know?”
It's a potential client who's been reading you quietly for weeks. She just booked a call with you, and sent you an email.
“I think I'm ready.”
Last session. She's crying, the good kind. The next morning there's an email in your inbox from her best friend.
“Can I keep going with you?”
And then you're back at a dinner party. Someone passes the bread. “So what do you do?” This time you don't flinch. One sentence. The woman across the table sets down her glass.
“Wait. My sister needs you.”
This is the business you came into coaching to build.
“You helped me work through my fears and finally put myself out there. That opened the door to exciting opportunities... and my first full-paying client.”
“I had no idea what I was doing. But now I’ve created a program, launched my brand, and told my survivor story in a way I’m proud of.”
You landed on this page because you know you want a coaching business. Whatever life brought you here.
You gave yourself a whole Saturday once. Eight hours. Kids at their grandmother's. Coffee made before eight. This was the day the business started.
You opened a blank Google Doc and typed BUSINESS PLAN in capital letters. Then you looked at it for a while.
Okay. You can't plan anything until you know your niche. So you googled “how to find your coaching niche.” Four articles. Three of them said get specific.
You finished that hour knowing less than when you started it.
Eight hours gone. Nothing built. And every month since has ended the same way.
Most coaches finish their coaching certification with the biggest question still unanswered.
“How do I get coaching clients?”
Despite your expertise and everything you've already accomplished in life, you're struggling to connect with potential clients in a way that helps them understand what you do, and how coaching could change their lives.
The website isn't done. The bio isn't right. So you haven't said it out loud yet.
Practice clients. Friends. A pro bono round. Real coaching, no money.
You've thought about $100. You've thought about $2,000. You've said neither one to a human.
Another certification. Another course. Learning feels productive. Selling feels like standing in the open.
“Michelle is the magic ingredient for introverted coaches! I shifted from ‘How can I possibly put myself out there?’ to ‘I’ve got this!’”
You can coach. That part's done.
How to start a coaching business, and then build it so paying clients come in month after month, on purpose instead of by accident? That was never in the curriculum. How to build your business. How to market it.
Not one hour of it.
So you became an information vacuum.
Everything goes in. Nothing comes out.
Then you try putting it out into the world.
You sound smart. But nobody gets what coaching is. So you explain some more.
And your prospect goes to someone else.
Your client is out there, ready to hire. But you’re still working on…
So the post never gets written. Or it gets written, and it sounds like every other coach on the internet, and nobody stops scrolling.
So even when she does find you, she says "let me think about it," and you never hear from her again.
That's the gap. The two feet between what you know and what she can see.
“I did the coaching thing, I got certified and then it was like, and then what? Then you came along.”
Introducing
The year-round learning community that shows certified coaches exactly how to build a coaching business, and fill it with paying clients.
A day-by-day roadmap. Two coaching calls a month with me. A marketing training every month. And a room of coaches building right alongside you.
So you stop collecting information. And start collecting clients.
Seven steps. One word to remember them by. DELIVER.
Know exactly who you help.
One clear offer. One clear price.
Your story builds the trust.
People get to know you first.
Content that leads to calls.
Conversations that end in yes.
Do it again, on purpose.
Seven steps to learn. Five milestones to build them into your business.
Every coaching business gets built in the same order. Most coaches were never shown what the order is.
Hover or tap a card to flip it.
A learning community for certified coaches who are building the business.
Just the two of us, before you touch Milestone 1. We map out your success plan on that call: where you are right now, which milestone you actually start at, and what your first ninety days look like. You leave it knowing exactly what you're doing on Monday.
Two live calls every month where you bring your actual work and I go through it with you. The post, the offer, the sales page, the email you've rewritten six times.
One live training a month on the marketing skill the milestone needs. Taught plainly, for coaches, with no funnel-bro vocabulary.
Coaches across every niche, working the same five milestones. Somebody to ask, somebody to answer, and somebody who notices when you go quiet.
You team up with another coach inside the community and run through the exact system together. She coaches you. You coach her. And what you learn goes straight into real practice.
Think of it as your test run. Try it with your peer coach first. Then roll it out to your prospects.
Bonus: every barter session is real coaching, so you’re also logging the hours you need to complete your ICF credential.
Most people teaching marketing have never gone through coach certification training through ICF accreditation themselves.
Most people training coaches have never written a sales page.
I've done both. Coach With Clients Academy sits exactly where those two things meet.
Four weeks, four jobs. The same rhythm every month, so you always know what today looks like.
Every day, every month, all year long. You are never figuring this out on your own.
You open the roadmap and today's three steps are already waiting. No blank page. No guessing what comes next.
Two coaching calls where you bring what you built. Somebody is expecting your work, so the work gets done.
A learning community working the same milestones you are. Stuck on a Wednesday? Post it, and a room of coaches who get it will answer.
“Feeling supported. You never made me feel like I was doing it on my own. It really is lonely out here.”
"I'm celebrating staying committed and completing 5 days of email out to my list practicing the skills and staying consistent."Amy H.
Real coaches. Real words. Different niches, same breakthrough.
“I have eight people enrolled in my course, which at first I said, ‘Oh, I’m lucky if I have two.’ And I have to say, just following the formula and creating the community.”
“I knew it was me 10 years ago... but now I know exactly who I’m talking to and how to speak to them. My content finally has a purpose and direction!”
“I felt like the ‘best-kept secret.’ Michelle has an incredible gift for teaching and knowing when to push you at just the right moments. I am so much more confident today than when I first started.”
“I accomplished more in two months working with Michelle than I had in a long time. Now I finally have the clarity and confidence to build my content marketing machine and grow my coaching business.”
“I walked away with so much clarity, several ‘aha’ moments, and a real plan to move forward. Michelle is knowledgeable, relatable, and has a gift for making business and marketing feel simple instead of overwhelming.”
“Michelle’s support, dedication, and guidance were truly priceless. I now feel more confident, structured, and prepared to take my business to the next level.”
“Coaching is its own little world. And then marketing and business and advertising, that’s something completely different. You’ve helped to connect the dots.”
“Not only do you have to learn how to be a coach, you have to learn more about branding and marketing. You have to learn about social media and algorithms.”
I'm Michelle. Your business and marketing coach for coaches.
I was a new coach just like you. I graduated from my coaching certification with a certificate on the wall and zero paying clients.
Your certification ends. The practice calls stop. Your cohort goes quiet. And you're out on your own, trying to figure out the business part by yourself.
Nothing about you changed. The room just closed.
And here's what I learned the hard way. Being in the right room meant everything.
A room full of coaches who get it. People who help you find the words, so the people you want to help finally understand what you do.
That's why this one runs twelve months. Long enough to build the whole thing, not just the start of it.
"I just LOVE how you show up, your messaging, brand identity, and authentic community. I felt so seen and inspired by your feedback and how much you genuinely care." Christina Z.
Every day, every month, all year long, on how to build and market your coaching business.
Bring your actual work and I go through it with you.
On what's changing in the marketing world, as it changes.
Coaches just like you. You never have to explain what coaching is.
Showing up for your coaching business, consistently, even on the weeks you don't feel like it.
To take what you learn inside the community and put it out into the world.
That's it. You bring those two. I'll bring the strategy and the direction.
Coach With Clients Academy is a learning community where your coaching business gets set up, your messaging gets clear, your business gets seen, and you get paying clients.
And the math is simple. A typical coaching package starts around $2,000. Two clients cover the pay-in-full investment of $3,997. Three clients cover either plan, with money left over. Everything after that is your business growing.
“Michelle always over delivers... whether it’s help refining my niche statement, finding and attracting my dream clients, or practical tips. She always has me covered!”
Join today and step right into the community. Watch the trainings. Come to a coaching call. Meet the coaches.
If you don’t love it within 14 days, just send me an email and I’ll give you your money back. No hoops. No hard feelings.
No, and being early is the advantage. You get to build it right the first time instead of unpicking three years of guessing. The first two weeks are self-paced Get Set Up: business structure, a separate bank account, a contract, a way to take payment, and a weekly schedule that fits around whatever else you're doing. If you already have all that, it's a 30-minute checkup and you move on.
Because they bought two different things. Your certification bought the ability to coach. It was never designed to teach you how to get clients, and it didn't. This buys the business around the skill: who you help, what you sell, how they find you, how they become clients, and how they stay. If you spend another $14,000 on training, you'll have more skill and the same silence.
Then you're in a good spot and you probably got here through referrals. Months 1 through 3 will feel like tightening rather than building, and most coaches find at least one loose screw in there. Months 4 through 12 are where you build the part you've never had, which is a way to bring clients in that doesn't depend on who happens to mention you.
You can get answers from AI. You'll also get the most generic thing possible, and generic doesn't lead you anywhere. AI will hand you 10 versions of a post. It won't tell you which one is right for your coach, your offer, your people. It doesn't know your business and it isn't going to tell you the truth about your messaging. Bring your work to the call and I'll go through it with you. That's the part you've been missing.
You can. But you get what you pay for. In free groups people gatekeep the good stuff, and the feedback you do get is usually a guess from someone who's about to pitch you. In here you get honest eyes from a coach whose only agenda is your results.
You can join any time. There is no cohort and no start date, because the room runs all year. You begin with the Client Enrollment Method, which is self-paced and waiting for you the day you join. Then you step into the room wherever it happens to be that month. Every training and every call is recorded, so you pick up the earlier months at your own pace while you work the current one live.
The Academy is designed to meet you where you are. Some weeks you move fast. Some weeks you take a stroll. Both are fine. Your daily step on the roadmap takes about twenty minutes, and two coaching calls every month keep you supported, wherever you are on the path. I built this whole business on evenings and weekends while working full time as a pharmacist, so I get it. Your time is real.
Twelve months, either way you pay. Pay in full at $3,997 or spread it over 12 payments of $397. The payment plan is a payment plan, not a subscription. You're committing to the full program. And every call and training is recorded, so a missed week costs you nothing.
“There’s no need to hesitate and try to figure things out on your own. With Michelle’s assistance, you will have a strategy and be working towards your goal after one session!”
I know almost. I lived there for way too long. (And almost never paid a single bill.)
Grab your spot. Hop on your 1:1 onboarding call with me. Then walk into your first coaching call with a room of coaches who get it.
Six months from now, you'll be at another dinner party. Someone will pass the bread and ask what you do.
“Wait. My sister needs you.”
You didn't become a coach to ALMOST have a business.
