Why Your Certification Didn't Come With Clients

You spent months learning how to coach. How to hold space. How to ask powerful questions. Then they handed you a certificate and said good luck.

Nobody teaches you how to find your people. How to talk about what you do. How to charge without feeling weird about it.

So you do what most coaches do.

  • You post on Instagram and hope.
  • You give away free sessions to feel busy.
  • You rewrite your bio for the tenth time.
  • You ask ChatGPT at 2am if you picked the wrong niche.

And a few months pass. You're still asking, "how do I get paying clients?"

Not because you're bad at this. You're good at the coaching part. That was never the problem.

Your certification is proof you can coach.
Not proof you can get clients.

Two different skills. Nobody sold you the second one.

Where this goes

Meet The Coach You're About To Become

You wake up in the morning and notice your calendar is filled with just enough paying clients.

And for the first time since you got certified... it feels real.

Not overwhelming. Not crickets.

Just right.

You know who you help. You know what to charge. And you know exactly how to find the next one when you need her.

The change

Same You. Two Different Businesses.

Nothing about you has to change. Only the order you build in.

Where you are now Where you are going
"I got certified... now what?"
"I know exactly who I help and what I offer."
Asking ChatGPT how to get clients at 2am
A simple system that brings in real clients, not just followers
Not sure what to call yourself, what to offer, or who it is for
A niche that feels true and a message that finally lands
Staring at a blank screen wondering what to post
Content that connects because you have something real to say
Offering free sessions just to feel like you are doing something
Charging confidently because you know the value of what you do
That quiet fear that maybe you made a mistake
A coaching business that feels like yours. Finally.

Hi, I'm Michelle

The coach who has been exactly where you are.

I built this coaching business while working as a full-time pharmacist. I'm also physically disabled. And a few years ago I hiked 26 miles of the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu anyway.

I share that not to impress you. But because I want you to know the kind of coach you're getting. Someone who does not let circumstances decide what is possible.

I created the Coaching Biz Builder™ because I lived the gap. I know what it feels like to be a great coach with zero clients. To post every day and hear nothing back.

I know the way through. And I'll walk it with you.

The roadmap you've been missing

The Client Enrollment Method™

Seven steps. In order. Because building a coaching business isn't about checking boxes, it's about doing the right things in the right order.

D
Step 1

Dream Client Compass

Clarity before everything else. You can't speak to everyone and move anyone.

E
Step 2

Establish Your Offer

Build what she's already looking for, not what sounds impressive on paper.

L
Step 3

Leverage Your Story

Every other certified coach has a certificate. Your story is your proof before you have a single client testimonial.

I
Step 4

Invite Know, Like, Trust

Build connection with intention, so the RIGHT clients find you instead of you chasing them.

V
Step 5

Voice With Purpose

Showing up stops feeling like a chore. You know your core message, so content gets easy.

E
Step 6

Enroll Your Clients

The discovery call becomes the natural next step. No gimmicks. Saying yes feels easy for both of you.

R
Step 7

Repeat & Refine

Week nine is not back to guessing. You know what to check, what to fix, and how to keep it running without me.

Seven steps. Each one takes something off your shoulders.

Step one takes away the confusion. By step three you stop apologizing for your rates. By step six you can have the money conversation without your voice changing.

I knew it was me 10 years ago. But now I know exactly who I am talking to and how to speak to them. My content finally has a purpose and direction.

The real issue

You've Been Solving The Wrong Problem.

You believe you're stuck because you don't know enough yet. So you do what smart people do. You go learn.

Another course. Another masterclass. Another podcast on the drive home. Another conversation with AI that leaves you more confused than when you started.

And every one of them works. The information is good. The strategies are sound. The teachers know what they're talking about.

Information without structure is just noise you paid for.

So your days fill up with a to-do list that leads nowhere. A little piece here. A little piece there.

That's not how you build a coaching business. That's how you build overwhelm and burnout.

Inside the cohort

How The 8 Weeks Work

One live call every Wednesday, 10am PT. Everything gets built with you on the call, not assigned as homework.

Phase one

Get clear on who and why

Weeks 1 to 3

You leave with a specific person, in specific words, and the story that makes them trust you.

Phase two

Build the offer

Weeks 4 and 5

You leave with one offer, one price, and language that explains it in a sentence.

Phase three

Go get the clients

Weeks 6 to 8

You leave with a client attraction system you can run every week without inventing it from scratch.

By week eight you walk out with six finished things: a written dream client profile, a signature offer with a price on it, your story written for marketing, a visibility plan on two channels, your content pillars, and a discovery call script you have actually used.

Not notes. Not a folder of videos. Six things that exist.

Real coaches, real results

Who This Doesn't Work For

Twelve seats. And I'm not trying to fill all twelve. I'd rather tell you the truth now than refund you in week two.

You'll be in a room, not on a stage.

Some weeks the conversation goes deep on another coach's business while you listen. Watching someone else get unstuck on the exact thing you're avoiding does more than another hour of me talking. But it only works if you want the room. If what you need is a private hour, that's 1:1, and I'll tell you that on a call instead of taking your money.

Wednesdays, 10am Pacific, sixty minutes.

Every call is recorded. But let me be honest about what a recording is and isn't. It's a safety net for the week your kid gets sick. It is not a substitute for the room, because the feedback happens live and it happens on your work. If you already know you'll watch every one on Sunday, this isn't it. A course is cheaper and it does that better.

You need one clear hour a week.

Not stamina. Not superhuman. One hour where you can think. If you're in the middle of something health related and that hour is genuinely uncertain right now, put your energy there first. This will run again.

Why the waitlist matters

Twelve Seats. The List Goes First.

This isn't a big room. When doors open, waitlist coaches get first look before anyone else hears about it.

01

You hear first

Enrollment opens to the waitlist before the announcement goes out publicly. No refreshing my Instagram wondering if you missed it.

02

Waitlist-only bonuses

Extras that come off the table the moment doors open to everyone else. They're for the coaches who raised their hand early.

03

A small room, on purpose

The cohort caps at 12 so I can give feedback on your actual work, by name, every single week. Twelve fills.

Before you ask

Still Have Questions? Here Are The Honest Answers.

Does joining the waitlist commit me to anything?

No. The waitlist means you hear first and you get the waitlist-only bonuses. That's it. You decide when doors open, with the full details in front of you.

When do doors open?

Enrollment opens to the waitlist before it opens to anyone else. You'll get the date by email with plenty of notice, not a surprise 24-hour scramble.

How much does it cost?

Coaching Biz Builder is $1,997 paid in full, or $799 × 3 on the payment plan. You've already spent more than that on the certificate, and the certificate didn't come with a single client.

What if I can't make a call live?

Every call is recorded and posted within 24 hours. Drop your question in the community before the call and I'll answer it on the recording, so you still get feedback even when you can't be there. But honestly, the coaches who show up live get the most out of it.

How much time do I need each week?

Plan on 2 to 3 hours. That's the 60 minute call plus your action steps. No busywork. If you're juggling a job, family, or both, this is built for you.

Can you really build a coaching business in 8 weeks?

No, and I won't pretend you can. What you build in 8 weeks is the foundation: your niche, your offer, your story, your visibility plan, and your enrollment process. The business gets built after that, by you, using what you built here.

Here's the thing. A coaching business isn't a thing you finish. It's a thing you run. Eight weeks is not the whole mountain. It's the part where you stop guessing and have the foundation to build on.

I've already bought programs I never finished.

Same, and that's exactly why this one has live calls and a deadline. A recorded course lets you disappear. A cohort of 12 with weekly feedback does not.

Your next step

Months From Now, You'll Have Spent The Time Either Way.

The next cohort is months away. You're going to live those months regardless. So here's the only real question.

When the next one opens, do you want to be a coach who is still deciding? Or a coach with a niche she can say out loud, an offer with a price on it, and a discovery call she has already run?

You already did the hardest part. What's missing was never the skill. It was the order.

Would you rather talk to a human first? Totally fair. If you're not sure Coaching Biz Builder is the right fit, book a strategy call and we'll figure it out together. I'll tell you straight if this is your next step or if something else makes more sense right now.
