A private room for women coaches
Because this time you actually walk away with connection, collaboration, and community. Not a stack of business cards.
The Referral Board / sample posts
Looking for a nutrition coach who works with perimenopause clients. I have someone who needs this and it is not my lane.
Referral requestAnyone want to co-host a 3 day challenge in October? I will bring the tech, you bring the teaching.
CollaborationSarah and I decided to team up and run a summit together. We found every one of our speakers right here in the room.
WinNetworking is great. But explaining your whole business in 60 seconds, every meeting, to the wrong room of people who each showed up with their own agenda? No wonder you leave drained.
Open floorSound familiar
You show up. You get 90 seconds to pitch. You collect 12 business cards. You go home.
You follow up with three of them. Two never answer. One tries to sell you a supplement.
Three weeks later? Nothing.
Not. One. Referral.
Honestly, that is not networking. That is speed dating with worse coffee.
Here's the thing. You do not need more rooms. You need the right room.
The Referral Room is a room where people actually send each other business.
What you get
Coaches who send you the clients you are right for, and take the ones you are not. Nobody serves everybody.
Workshops, summits, bundles, guest trainings, podcast swaps. You cannot build any of those by yourself.
Get paid to recommend the tools and programs you already talk about for free.
One hour. Live on Zoom. You get the mic, you say what you need, and the room goes to work.
Stuck on pricing, a contract, a tech thing at 11pm? Ask the room. Someone in here has already solved it.
I built my business 100% online. So I am dying to connect with real humans. Maybe you can relate?
You are in
Picture it. You joined this morning. Here is how the next 30 days go.
You post your introduction. Three coaches comment before you finish your coffee.
One of them just turned down the exact client you have been chasing for months.
You post on the Referral Board. Someone raises her hand. You reach out and make the connection.
That is a referral.
You are stuck on your pricing page, 40 tabs deep into Google. So you ask the room instead. Four answers by morning.
You are never the smartest person in your business again.
You grab the mic. Sixty seconds. You say exactly who you need. Somebody unmutes and says "I have someone for you."
Then you do it again next month.
Monthly live call
Not the insurance guy. Not the bookkeeper. Not the business man who refuses to pass the mic down.
One hour on Zoom. You introduce yourself, you say exactly who you are looking for, and the room listens.
This is a roomful of coaches who care about your business as much as you do. We believe in collaboration over competition.
We refer generously, show up consistently, and treat each other's businesses with the same care we give our own clients.
The Referral Room is community led. That means we do not rely on one person to police the room. We hold each other accountable, with kindness.
Before you join
Yes, if you
No, if you
Networking gets you contacts. This room gets you referrals.
Your mentor
Hi, I'm Michelle. The Coaches' Coach.
Business Coach and Marketing Strategist
I teach coaches how to turn their certification into a real coaching business that actually attracts clients.
A few years ago, I hiked 26 miles of the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu on crutches with a physical disability. That experience taught me something that applies directly to building a coaching business.
Nobody summits on willpower. You follow a route.
Because coaching certifications teach you how to serve clients. But they rarely teach you how to attract them.
Without that piece, many coaches end up trying a little bit of everything. Posting here, tweaking their niche there, and still wondering why clients aren't showing up.
So that's what I help coaches build. A clear map from certified coach to coach with clients.
And I created The Referral Room because nobody walks that route alone. Building a coaching business by yourself is a lonely climb.
You need a board of directors. Advisors. Cheerleaders. Women who know exactly what you do and want you to win.
That is what this room is.
Questions
Everybody in this room put a card down to be here, which means she actually intends to use it. A free group is full of people who joined once and never came back, so nobody is accountable to anybody and nothing gets answered.
Free groups also have no referral engine. No board where you post what you need, no monthly call where you say it out loud, no expectation that you give before you take. That is the difference between a feed and a room.
Everybody in this room does what you do, and that is exactly why the referrals work. A plumber does not turn away plumbing jobs, so a mixed industry room has almost no overflow to pass around. A coaches room creates supply just by existing.
You also get things a mixed room structurally cannot give you: joint workshops, summits, bundles, podcast swaps, and guest teaching inside each other's programs. And you never spend your 60 seconds explaining what a niche is to a realtor again.
You can still use the room, because the Referral Board runs all month long. The calls are one hour on the last Saturday at 8:00 AM Pacific, and the coaches who come are the ones who get referrals fastest. I just want to be straight with you about that.
You still belong here, because giving a referral does not require a client list. You can refer a tool, a person, a podcast, or an answer to somebody's question.
And here is the part new coaches miss: you get to ask a room of women who already charge what you are scared to charge. Nobody outside this industry can tell you whether $2,000 is too low.
Your first 30 days are free, so you sit through a full monthly call and a month on the Referral Board before you are charged a cent.
After that it is $47 a month with no contract, and you can cancel anytime in two clicks without emailing anybody. You stay because the room is worth it, not because you are locked in.
Doors are open
Wrong stage for her. Wrong budget. Wrong specialty. Exactly right for you. You just have to be in the room where that gets said out loud.
Free for 30 days, then $47 a month. Cancel anytime. Ladies only, coaches only. Calls run the last Saturday of every month at 8:00 AM Pacific.
Give one referral. One comes back.
